Georges Bouhey is known throughout the region as a band leader, an ace side-man (drums or keyboards) an energetic performer and a compassionate music educator.

In 2011 Georges teamed up with Bend Broadband and The Oxford Hotel Bend to start "Bend Broadband's Music Education Workshops". Since then he has facilitated and hosted nearly 50 of these and other music workshops with many of the world's top Jazz artists.
